Trade accounts

If you are a qualified hair extensions stylist or salon owner, you may be eligible for a Trade Account with us, receiving discounts off your order total. A standard rate of 20% is applied to all trade accounts with a minimum spend of £250.00 (excluding shipping).

Note: Discount rates are subject to negotiation regarding order side and frequency.

If you wish to apply for a trade account, simply email us at info@libertyhairextensions.com. We will email you a trade account form for you to complete, scan and send back to us along with your Accredited Hair Extensions Qualification or proof of Salon-registered company details i.e. business utility bill, company registration number.

If we are satisfied with your credentials then we will activate your account’s trade status and send you a confirmation email with a unique code to apply at the checkout.

Please note that having a trade account does not entitle you to a credit account as we do not offer credit under any circumstances.

Trade codes are STRICTLY to be used only by the named person who has made the application – under no circumstances can they be passed on to other person(s). The Liberty Hair Extensions website has security precautions in place to stop trade discount codes being used by multiple trade customers. It is the duty of the trade account customers to safeguard their own discount code. Contact Liberty Hair Extensions if you need your code resetting.

Trade terms and conditions

Discount is applied to any individual order (excludes shipping cost).

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

Payment must be received before goods are despatched.

Our Luxe Professional Range of products and accessories are for professional use only. Liberty Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the way in which our products are used once the items have left our premises.

We accept no liability for any damage caused by a salon or third party as this falls within the jurisdiction of the salon/ hair extension stylist and the client agreement/ contract; therefore, this is the absolute responsibility of the salon/ hair extension stylist. We will not accept responsibility if any hair is applied incorrectly. We recommend that all our Luxe professional products should be applied by a trained hair extension stylist.

If you tamper with our products in any way, this is at the salon/ hair extension stylists own risk and will make the item deemed non-refundable.

On receiving an item from us it is vital you should check that you are happy with the product first. Trade returns will only be accepted if the goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt and must be reported to us within one week of the delivery date. Failure to report within this time will void Liberty Hair Extensions of all responsibility.

We go to extreme effort to display our colour shades as accurately as possible on our website. Unfortunately, computer monitor resolutions do not display our hair colours and fibres as accurately as we would hope. Colour rings are available to purchase – subject to availability.

We are entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, act of god or failure to deliver by suppliers or couriers. Shortages, damage or non-delivery must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice or warning. Goods are offered subject to availability. Specifications may be altered without notice.

Goods purchased for resale cannot be repackaged or re-branded in any way.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that the product is not in stock or no longer available and you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

We deliver internationally. However, there are restrictions on some products for certain International delivery destinations.

If you order products from our site, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Terms and conditions on pre-ordering items

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our online shop.

Luxe Professional Range pre-order is placing orders in advance and requires a down payment.

On pre-orders, we give customers availability guarantee and sure item stock for them.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders.

50% of the total order price down payment is required & should be placed with Liberty Hair Extensions via their virtual terminal by telephoning 01736 759969.

Balance is to be paid once items arrive in stock before shipping via the same method as the down payment. You will be informed by Liberty Hair Extensions when the goods have arrived in stock.

Estimated date of pre order arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our selected courier. Schedule may not be accurate. Please, manage your expectations when it comes to ETA. Our aim is 30 days but we can assure a maximum of 60-days arrival.

Ordered items are considered sold. If cancelled down payments will not be refunded.
When ordered items arrived buyers have 1 week to settle their unpaid balance before dispatch. If the balance is not paid within the timescale then we have the right to sell the items to other interested buyers. No refund policy applies.

If in case your ordered items did not arrive to us, we will refund your down payment in full.
All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns or cancellation after payment is made.

For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order items and cannot conform with the pre-order timeline, we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER to avoid frustration and misunderstanding in the future. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery.
